Do I need an appointment for a haircut at Bootlegged Barber?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at every shop. If you want a specific barber or a guaranteed time, book online; it takes about a minute and locks in your chair.
How do I book a haircut online?
All shops take online bookings. Hit any Book Now button on this site, pick your location, service, barber, and time, and you're set. Prefer the phone? Call any location at the phone number listed on their page.
Can I request a specific barber?
Yes. When you book online you choose your barber along with your service and time. Walking in? You'll get the next open chair, or you can wait for your regular if they're on the floor that day.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens. Reschedule online or call the shop as early as you can so the chair can go to someone else. We haven't published a formal cancellation policy online, so if you have questions about a specific appointment, call your chosen location.
How long does a haircut take?
Plan on 30 minutes for most services, including the Signature Traditional Haircut and the skin fade. Combos run longer: the Hair & Beard Transformation is 60 minutes and The Ultimate Grooming Experience is a full 90. Every service starts with a consultation, so that time is built in, not rushed.
